Well, it’s not really a secret — it’s actually my entire personality — , but setting up the tech stuff that you’ve been avoiding is my favourite thing to do!

You have too many good ideas (and offers) to let your tech be the reason they don’t happen.

You’re not here because you can’t figure it out. You’re here because you’re tired of having to be the one who has to.

My brain is wired to see the details, the checklists, and the “how is this tool gonna speak to that tool?” moments so all you need to do is give me your vision and I’ll do my best to make it happen 🫡

I love making everything click.

I fell in love with workflows, systems, and automations and never looked back. There’s something about seeing it all WORK that gets me every time – tools talking to each other, manual work disappearing, a backend system working ~like magic~.

It’s not the most glamorous part of running a business, but it’s the part that makes everything else possible.

And I’m obsessed with watching coaches + business owners go from drowning in their backend tech to finally having room to breathe.

I’ve been in the online business streets for almost a decade – I’ve seen the backend of so many businesses – so I know the frustration of wanting to build something awesome, but the "HOW" gets daunting.

The Taurus, eldest daughter, overachiever in me became determined to take that stress off my clients’ plates. What started as general admin became specializing in hands-on support that turns ideas into setups that are done – minus all the tech panic.

I literally thrive behind the scenes (introvert, hiii 👋🏼) and being Type A – I’m gonna make sure we have everything mapped out before we build, down to the tiny details. Tech will tech, unfortunately 🙄, but best believe I’ll figure out why, what, when and how – that’s just who I am.

A QUICK DISCLAIMER FOR MY ASYNC BADDIES...

Meetings are optional

You’re most likely juggling a lot. Business, kids, a partner who probably “can’t find” anything, life – all of it. You don't need more on your plate, especially not a tech support person who needs constant meetings that could be emails.

We keep it async, we keep it simple, and we get things done without it interrupting your day. Around here, meetings will be minimal (I’m talking Kick Off call only!) After that, meetings are optional – we can chat it out via email, Slack or DM’s. However, if we ever need a quick meeting to get on the same page, I'm totally down for that too.
